The FTR is a flat tracker that Indian never finished. It has the engine and the chassis for long days on bad roads, and none of the equipment.
This is the complete kit: the nav tower and fairing, a gauge relocator, tall bar risers, a skid plate, a high fender conversion, and a luggage rack and pannier system with both boxes.
The ADV nav tower carries the navigation and dash up where you can see them without taking your eyes off the trail. The bars are 100mm higher and 30mm back so standing on the pegs feels right for the hours at a time with the OEM rally bars (not included). A skid plate covers the exposed delicate parts behind the front wheel, the luggage rack carries your duffle, and pannier racks carry your 45 liters in 2 boxes.
Bought one piece at a time, the seven parts come to $5,150. As a kit it is $4,750, and it ships free in the United States.

Convert the Indian FTR 1200 into a fire road ADV bike, designed as one system and made to order in Asheville, North Carolina. Nav tower, gauge relocator, bar risers, skid plate, high fender, luggage rack and panniers.
Fits FTRs from 2019 to 2025, in all trims: FTR 1200, FTR 1200 S, FTR, FTR S, FTR R Carbon and FTR Rally. Indian revised the bike for 2022 with 17-inch wheels, a steeper rake and less suspension travel, and the Rally kept the 19-inch front and 18-inch rear through that change.
The tower is modeled around the stock headlight and its harness. You will remove the indicators, the headlight cowl and some bushings. Once the head tube clamp is installed, the rest bolts on to that.
No, the nav tower has a dedicated location for the gauge. You can mount the dash on the bar risers about 3" further away and higher than the OEM gauge location. You can also place the relocator on the nav tower even further away and higher in your line of sight. The choice is yours.
Installing the complete FTR ADV Kit will take a few hours if you know what you are looking at. Get yourself a six-pack and take your time. It'll be fun.
Racks and panniers need the stock seat and either the stock exhaust or the Akrapovic low-mount slip-on. The pannier has a cutout for the Akrapovic. They will not work with the Akrapovic high-mount slip-on (P/N 2883519, an accessory on every model including the Rally), or with the Tracker Seat or Tracker Seat Cowl. Every other part is unaffected.
