When you visit. Device and browser, IP address, time zone, which pages you look at and what you clicked, from cookies, log files and web beacons.
When you order. Name, billing and shipping address, email, phone, and payment details. Card numbers go to our payment processor and are not stored by us.
When you write to us. Whatever is in the email, kept so the next conversation makes sense.
When you subscribe. Your email address and nothing else.
To make and ship your order, answer you, prevent fraud, send the journal if you asked for it, and understand which pages are working. We do not build profiles for anyone else’s benefit.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some analytics and advertising cookies may count as sharing under California law. We disclose information if the law requires it.
Depending on where you live you may have the right to know what we hold, get a copy, correct it, have it deleted, and opt out of sale or sharing. Email customerservice@cannonballmoto.com and we act within the timeframe your state requires, usually 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
