Everything is made or printed to order. Hard parts are fabricated in Asheville, North Carolina. Gear is printed and shipped from our fulfillment partner in Detroit, Michigan.
Hard parts. Made to order in small batches, shipping in two to four weeks. If a part will take longer, you'll hear from us.
Gear. Printed and shipped in two to four days.
International delivery adds roughly one to three weeks, depending on destination and customs.
The United States, Canada, most of Europe and the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Singapore. Everything we sell ships to all of them. We ship only where the parcel can be tracked end to end.

Quoted at checkout. Everything is priced by weight except United States gear, which is priced by order value. A single tee sits at the bottom of each range and a large multi-item order at the top.

The FTR ADV Kit ships free in the United States, in three boxes: panniers, pannier frames, and everything else. Express delivery is offered on gear only, because hard parts are made to order over two to three weeks and no courier can shorten that.
Outside the United States, your country charges tax on what you import. We do not collect it and cannot waive it. It is billed by the carrier or customs, usually on delivery, and is separate from what you pay us.
Two details worth knowing. Tax is calculated on the goods plus the shipping, not the goods alone. And duty on motorcycle parts is low in most of these countries, usually nil to about 6%, so the consumption tax is the number that matters.
Every order is tracked end to end. You get a tracking number by email when the label is created, which is when the parcel exists rather than when it leaves.
We can cancel before production starts. Email us as soon as you know. Once a part is cut, bent or laid up, it becomes a return.
Returns and refunds are covered in our return and refund policy. Defects after use are covered by the warranty.
