This site is run by Cannonball Moto LLC. Using the site or buying from it means you accept these terms. You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent’s consent, to buy.
Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We show colors and finishes as accurately as we can, and your screen is not a color-managed proof.
Parts are made to order in small batches. Occasionally a part sells faster than we can make it; if that affects your order we will offer a revised date or a refund. We may limit quantities and may refuse an order, with a full refund.
Delivery times and rates are in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds are in our return and refund policy. Defects after the sale are covered by the warranty. Those form part of these terms.
Product pages state which motorcycles a part fits. Confirm your model, year and trim before ordering, and ask if you are unsure. We are not responsible for a part bought for a bike it is not listed for.
Parts come with instructions and hardware. Fit them as documented, torque to the stated specification, and check your fasteners after the first ride.
If you are not confident, use a qualified mechanic. We are not liable for injury, damage or loss arising from incorrect installation, use outside the documented purpose, or riding beyond your ability or the conditions. Some parts change how the motorcycle handles when loaded.
We keep the site as accurate as we can and do not warrant that it is error free. If something on a product page is wrong, we may correct it and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
If you make one, keep the password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Everything on the site, including the illustrations, photographs, product designs and text, belongs to Cannonball Moto LLC or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or sell it without written permission.
Motorcycle and vehicle manufacturer names and model designations appear on this site only to identify the machines our parts fit and the machines our illustrations depict. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer. All trademarks belong to their owners.
If you send a photograph, review, comment or idea, you give us permission to use it and confirm it is yours to give. We are not obliged to keep it confidential, use it, or pay for it.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and disputes go to the state or federal courts in Buncombe County, North Carolina.
We can change these terms by posting a new version. The date at the top tells you when.
