Ride the FTR any distance and two things wear you down. The wind pressure on your chest, and everything you need to look at is somewhere below the line you should be watching.
A rally tower solves this, but let's be real, this isn't a rally bike. So let's call it an ADV tower. We've designed a fairing that is hand laid carbon over a fiberglass core, clear coated with visible weave. It looks good on the bike, and lets you use the stock headlight.
The fairing is supported by the tower. It positions your navigation and dashboard higher up and in your line of sight. Your eyes stay on the road. The nav sits up where you can glance quickly at it, standing or seated. And the gauge is where you can read it without dropping your chin and taking your eyes off the road. You can even change the angle to match your riding position.
There is a 12mm accessory bar across the front for whatever else you mount, and a small tray underneath for the quick access items you may want to reach during the ride.
It uses your existing headlight. The harness extension is included. Nothing is spliced and nothing is cut. A custom CNC machined head tube clamp keeps the whole assembly stable.
The clamps are CNC machined, the finish is black powder coat, and the hardware is stainless throughout.
The headlight cowl, the indicators and a few bushings come off. The head tube clamp is installed and the rest of the tower bolts to that clamp. The headlight is mounted to the tower. And then the fairing is held on with 4 screws.
The system
Each one works on its own. They were drawn together, so they share mounting points instead of fighting for them.
