The first-generation FTR was begging for a high fender. It just looks right with one, and if you do point it at deep mud the gap between tire and fender no longer packs solid.
The FTR was drawn as a flat tracker and the low fender pulls the whole front end down with it. Raise it and the fork legs become part of the shape again, and the bike reads like something you would point at a fire road on purpose.
The kit includes an Acerbis supermoto fender in black, cut to clear the radiator on the back side. Threaded inserts are set into the bracket before it ships, so there is nothing to tap and nothing else to buy.
Black powder coat, applied by the same shop that cuts and forms it.
The system
Each one works on its own. They were drawn together, so they share mounting points instead of fighting for them.
Seven parts drawn as one system, so nothing fights anything else for a mounting point. Every fastener counted into one order.
