Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy. It’s our goal to keep customers happy and spending more of their time out on the trails.

Products purchased from Cannonball Adventure can be returned for a refund or replacement up to 30 days after receiving your item.

Did you order the wrong size or color?

The item can be returned and we’ll send you a new one.

(A few exceptions; see FAQs section, below.)

Was the item defective? Or was the wrong product sent to you?

We’ll take care of sending you a replacement product or the correct item you ordered.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

You must contact us first. (Instructions, in next section.) Your item must be returned to us in the same condition as when it was received by you, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You will also need your Proof of Purchase. This can usually be confirmed by us through your original online order and payment method.

For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products:
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive your products.

Contact us immediately if the item has a production defect, was damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

STARTING A RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, please contact us first at Customer Service to explain the problem. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first contacting us with the your reason for your return will not be accepted for refund or replacement.

Return Shipping Fee

1. For regular returns and exchanges: Approved returns will receive a full refund less a Return Shipping Fee.*

* See additional information in FAQs section under Return Shipping Fee, below. (Products were originally sent to you with free shipping.)

If we are replacing your product it will be delivered again with Free Shipping.

2. Defective product or received incorrect product: We will waive the Return Shipping Fee if you received a defective product or if we made a mistake with your order. The fee will be waived after we have reviewed your return and verified our error.

HOW WE PROCESS REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS

After we receive your request for a return by email, and we receive and inspect your returned product, we will then let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, your refund, less a Return Shipping Fee (see FAQs, below) will automatically be credited to your original payment method. If the return is a defective or wrong product, we will waive the Return Shipping Fee.

If it is an exchange or replacement, a new item will be sent out to you in 3-6 days business days through regular USPS mail (US Postal Service). (Usually sent again with free shipping.)

For Products Damaged or Lost During Delivery

All product packages are sent out from our facility with tracking information, which we can provide to you, and are shipped either through USPS (US Parcel Service) or various express shippers. While in transit, the package with your product(s) is beyond our control. We will try to review the status of your package and work with you to find a resolution.

FAQs

Exceptions for Non-returnable Items ⌃

Custom products (including personalized items, special orders, or custom requests) cannot be returned, unless they are defective.

In addition, we cannot accept returns on Gift Cards.

Return shipping fee details ⌃

In most cases, $4.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping back to Cannonball Adventure for standard size/weight packages when you return by mail using the prepaid shipping label we provide.

For returning packages larger that our standard size/weight, please contact us to confirm the return shipping fee that will be applied.

If we made a mistake with your order, we’ll waive the return shipping fee once we’ve reviewed your return and verified our error.

Shipping fees for replacement items ⌃

When requesting a replacement product as part of an exchange approved by us, your order will be sent out again with Free Shipping (same as with your original order).

Returns of International Order ⌃

We currently do not accept returns on orders sent outside of the United States.
